Ball bearing Blocks

CHOOSE THE RIGHT BLOCK FOR YOUR APPLICATION.
Ball bearing blocks are used where loads are more moderate and dynamic. The ball bearings provide for good sheave rotation with the lowest possible friction. aVAILABLE IN 20, 30 AND 40MM sheave diameters.

Technical Features BBB 20

- Stainless steel strap to ensure high strength and stiff sides

- Stainless stel ball bearing races and glass fibre reinforced sheave for best bearing strength even under high dynamic loads

- Composite, 50/50 glass fibre/polyamide

Technical Features BBB 30/40

- Stainless stel ball bearing races, stainless steel ball bearings and glass fibre reinforced sheave for best bearing strength even under high dynamic loads

- Acetal bearing cages to prevent ball-to-ball friction and reduce weight

- Composite, 50/50 glass fibre/polyamide

APPLICATIONS

Ball bearing blocks are typically used for medium and dynamic loads in:

- Control line applications

- Mainsail sheets for dingies and keelboats

- Spinnaker sheets, barber haulers

- Genoa sheets

- Dinghy applications

- Vang applications
